1. No Return / Exchange Policy

As our products are custom-made and/or printed on order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed and shipped.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at nimchi.store@gmail.com.
We will review your case and may offer:

  • A replacement of the same product, or
  • A full refund if replacement is not possible.

Please share clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging for faster resolution.

3. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet)
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days
